Amber
Orthodontic Assistant | Treatment CoordinatorAmber is an orthodontic assistant and treatment coordinator. She started in February 2020, but has been in the dental field since 2012. Seeing her patients gain confidence throughout their treatment is what she enjoys most about her job. Amber loves spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their rescue dogs. If she isn’t with her family, you’ll find her at a concert enjoying live music. Amber loves all things music, especially the Jonas Brothers!
Elena
Orthodontic AssistantElena has been an Orthodontic Assistant for our team since 2015. Over the years she learned how to make clear retainers and now she is one of the technicians in charge of the laboratory cases. She really enjoys getting to know our patients and watching their confidence grow as their smiles change. She is very much a people person. Her positive attitude and her experience is a great asset to Swihart Orthodontics. She loves running, the outdoors, and anything that her children are involved in.
Suzanne
Orthodontic AssistantSuzanne is an Orthodontic Assistant. She began her career in orthodontics in 1993 and still loves creating smiles. She especially enjoys starting a patient’s treatment and watching their confidence grow and their smiles become bigger and brighter. Suzanne has 3 adult children living along the East Coast. On her time off, she is driving the highways or running through airports on her way to visit them. Suzanne is always up for a fun outdoor adventure; kayaking, hiking, and camping are a few of her favorites. When not traveling, she is home baking. She makes the best cookies!
Heidi
Orthodontic Assistant | Treatment CoordinatorHeidi is an Orthodontic Assistant and Treatment Coordinator. She began her career in orthodontics in 2011, where she fell in love with helping build beautiful new smiles. Heidi’s favorite part about her job is how fulfilling it is to watch patients grow through their treatment and gain confidence in themselves. Heidi has a very friendly personality that she brings with her to work each and every day. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have 2 beautiful girls. She loves to travel and see new things, spend time with family and friends, and is always up for spontaneous adventures.
Abbey
Orthodontic AssistantAbbey has been an Orthodontic Assistant for 6 years. She came to us when her husband was transferred to the area with the Navy. Abbey loves working with patients and feels very fortunate to be a part of the Swihart Orthodontics team. One of her favorite things about orthodontics is seeing the joy on patients’ faces when they get their braces off. When not helping create beautiful smiles, Abbey loves exploring new places with her husband and her two dogs!

Lakisha
Financial CoordinatorLakisha has been a part of our team since 2005. She loves making patients and parents feel at ease at their appointments. In the office, you will find her singing, dancing or making patients laugh! Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and her two grandkids. She enjoys cooking, fishing and traveling, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
Cindy
Patient Care CoordinatorCindy enjoys making our patients feel at home and making sure they have the best experience possible in our office. She has 26 years of invaluable orthodontic experience and can fulfill many roles in the office at a moment’s notice. When she’s not at work, Cindy enjoys her children and 7 grandkids and going to the mountains and the beach.
Jennifer
Insurance CoordinatorJennifer is our Financial Coordinator. She is a people person and enjoys getting to know our patients and their families! The office team is like family to her and make her laugh every day. She is married, has two awesome children, and a sweet fur baby. They keep her busy with sports and music. She is most happy at the beach or boating with family and friends.
